Enneagram Type Descriptors

Aug 18, 2023 | News

Each personality type has a different core motivation and core fear, these direct where we place our energy in life, our actions and what we avoid. Understanding them and acting supports us in returning to our essential or whole self with compassion.

“The system of the Enneagram teaches us that we each have a true self, what we call an essential self, in addition to our personality structures, which we call our types. Our essential selves are who we have always been, the purest, truest essence of being that we were when we entered this world”.
